Finally FINALLY FINALLY got the tile installed along the backsplash!! I am planning to "mud" the bottom (below the overhang, behind the post) and paint it butter yellow to match the rest of the wall area. I thought that too much white tile might make it look like a White Castle. Not that I don't like slyders... just don't really want a reminder of them in my kitchen everyday, that's all!

Still needing grout and also some extra marbles between the tiles to fill some gaps.... TO BE CONTINUED
